The song features the organisation’s visionary Founder & Managing Director, Roshan eh Zafar, whose remarkable journey has helped millions of Pakistani women achieve financial dignity and independence since 1995.The musical piece, which premiered on Kashaf Foundation’s Official YouTube Channel, is a moving celebration of resilience, determination and hope – values that have been at the core of the organization’s mission for three decades. Furthermore, while making the proposals, the consultant must keep in mind the affordability and the efficiency factors and not propose solutions that would unnecessarily add to the costs of operations or the delivery of services to the poor. In other words, applying a commercial banking lens will not be the best approach to design and develop Shariah compliance policies, procedures or products for low income communities. There is need for ensuring that the consultant comes with the ability to first fully understand the needs, requirements and principles of MF and then build within this very concept the notion and requirements of Shariah compliance.
